
ABOUT ME
I have studied biological medicine and nutrition. I specialise in how food can impact health, weight and sports performance. I focus on how improving our diet can lead to optimum health, enhanced energy and a strong immune system.

I have a passion for sports, in particular, triathlon and running. I participate in a number of races each year, including achieving a good for age place at London marathon for 5 years in a row. I have completed several full distance Ironman events around Europe.
I previously worked in the Financial Services industry in Technology for a number of years, I understand how difficult it can be to manage a job and family, especially with meal planning with an emphasis on weight and maintaining a level of fitness at the same time. Striking the correct work life balance can be a challenge but it can be achieved.
